Solving the biggest global challenges we are facing (e.g., pandemic, climate change, economic disparity) requires extraordinary partnership.
Our individual perspectives are not enough. Multi stakeholder initiatives must bring together governments, businesses, and society across sectors and across industries.
But within those initiatives, we need a leadership that invites multiple perspectives and supports the power of experimentation outside the box where failures are seen as learning opportunities and diversity of thought is invited as much as diversity of race and culture.
We need a leadership that is calls for diversity in every respect so we can discover the blind spots in our ideas.
We are lacking systems that support engaged discussion with our peers, that stimulate and inspire us on a daily basis to think and lead differently to set high standards for humanity.
